Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack your cast iron or carbon steel cookware in its original box to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
After our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
